Florida African American Male Experience
The systemic goal of the Florida African American Male Experience (FAAME) is to develop an integrated system of cohesive, interdependent strategies designed to streamline and deliver a consistent experience to increase and accelerate AAM student’s post-secondary enrollment, persistence, retention and graduation.
The overarching programmatic goal of this initiative is to increase the enrollment, matriculation and graduation rates of AAMs graduating from Pinellas County Schools (PCS), transitioning into SPC and partner schools and successfully obtaining a baccalaureate degree.
