Our success depends on the involvement of individuals and businesses throughout Tampa Bay.
There are many volunteer opportunities through LEAP partners including volunteering at a local school event, mentoring students at schools, or volunteering through a non-profit organization who focuses on youth education.
Here is a list of organizations who need volunteers that LEAP partners with. Most of these organizations have opportunities for high school students to volunteer. Please check the organization’s website for specific requirements for volunteering.

Volunteers of all ages from children to retirees help in habitat restoration projects, lend a hand at our annual fundraisers, and represent the organization at community events to increase awareness.
Hillsborough County Public Schools
Hillsborough Education Foundation
Volunteers can mentor a student or volunteer in the Teaching Tools Resource Center.
Pinellas County Schools
Volunteer to help in a classroom or work with a student one-on-one. Volunteer to work with students or provide a workshop in a college and career center. Be a part of the Great American Teach-In each November.
Pinellas Education Foundation
Volunteers can mentor one-on-one, volunteer at Enterprise Village or Finance Park, or review scholarship applications.
